We live above the adjacent detached garage with our 5 children. It is expected you'll hear our comings and goings.

This charming home is located in the middle of the city, and yet feels calm and comfortable. A welcoming feel to this neighborhood, with a children’s mini library in the front yard with a large lounge front porch swing and patio covers for rain or shine.

Hop onto the 202 freeway 5 minutes away for quick airport and metropolitan access.

Two cozy gathering areas: in the main Living space near the food prep and dining area for all activities, and the Family room for more intimate socializing.

We grew up nearby this neighborhood and have found joy in expanding and improving this memorable home in making it what it is today.

We have one actively recording camera (Ring doorbell by the front door) overlooking the front porch which records video and audio.

We are on a flood irrigated lot, being this was old farm land, your stay may be susceptible to this flood irrigation (which we will manage), so keep in mind your stay could potentially be affected by limitations to the yard usage when the irrigation occurs, as the front and backyard stay wet for a couple of days. However your kids are welcome to play in it while the water is high (our children always do... just bathe afterwards). :)
