Heated screened in private salt water pool.
This fantastic pool home has a fully equipped kitchen, includes all bedding and towels, and includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach canopy, coolers, and a beach wagon to haul it all. You will love the heated pool in the screened in lanai. The open air privacy is amazing and the wild life in the back yard never ends. Three very comfortable bedrooms plus a den with a pullout couch. There is also a workstation in the den if you need to get some work done. Plenty of parking in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will feel like you are in the country, but convenient to anything that you can imagine.
There are no extra charges for pool heat or electricity. The pool is warm and comfortable, and there is enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and anything else that you can think of to last during your stay. This house is fully equipped and comfortable. Enjoy yourself and relax.

We are both everyday hard workers ready for the next get away. We have 6 kids and a handful of grandkids.
Why they chose this property
We absolutely love SW Florida and always look forward to the next trip. We bought this property because we loved the privacy in the back yard and the pineapple bushes that were throughout the yard, ( although most pineapple bushes and a few palm trees were destroyed during the hurricane) We try to use the house as much as we can and make it welcome to our family and friends. Between the 6 kids and us, we are there often and rent it out when we can to help support the expenses. The photos reflect the current condition of the property. We survived the hurricane very well and all damage has been repaired. This great house looked the hurricane in the eye and stood strong. It did not flood and there was no interior damage.
What makes this property unique
Open air private back yard not confined with fencing. yet we are in a great location convenient to anything that you could want for food or entertainment within a few minutes. It is the same distance to Punta Gorda airport as Fort Myers airport for an extra option. Easy drive to Fort Myers Beach area, Naples, or Sarasota, and only 145 miles from Disney. Downtown Fort Myers is only 5 minutes away.
