The space
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Primary bedroom is spacious and includes an en suite bathroom. It also has direct access to the upper deck. Upstairs also include the eat in kitchen, fireplace and family room.

Downstairs is the 4th bedroom, bunkroom and theater room plus a very large multipurpose room/den with a very large section and fireplace. Downstairs also has access to the lower deck and the hot tub. The Bunk room contains two twin over fulls and one twin over twin.

House is located in a gated community.
Paved driveway with parking directly in-front of the property. There is no street parking but there is room for 4-6 cars.
Other things to note
The driveway at street level is a bit steep but the parking area is fairly flat. Although, the house is spacious, there isn't really a useable yard per se but the two very large decks provide plenty of enjoyable outdoor space.
