Our 5+ bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom home away from home just might be the perfect place for your family getaway or memorable vacation with extended family and friends. Inside, this house is furnished to comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. The open-concept kitchen, living and dining room is a great place to gather with table seating for 10 in the dining room and 6 in the kitchen. Bedroom number one boasts a beautiful king size bed on the main level. Bedrooms two and three contain a queen size bed in each, both on the main level. Bedroom number four features a queen bed and two twin beds on the second floor. Bedroom number five offers a queen and one twin. The "Loft Room" on the second floor has a twin day bed and trundle bed as well as a desk to conveniently work remotely if needed. The lower level family room or "Man Cave" also provides additional sleeping accommodations on a queen size pull-out sofa bed. The lower level "Man Cave" also includes a Brunswick pool table, air hockey table, and a 65" & 55" ROKU TV to enjoy. There are two and a half bathrooms, all on the main floor. The hall bath has a standard tub/shower and the en-suite has a shower. Outside you will find a fully furnished flagstone patio with a hot tub overlooking acres of Amish farmland and a lawn to enjoy your favorite backyard games.

We are conveniently located just minutes from Routes 23 and 340 with easy access to area attractions including Sight & Sound Theater and the American Music Theater, the Strasburg Railroad and Historic Strasburg, Intercourse and Bird-In-Hand, Dutch Wonderland and shopping the outlets on Route 30 just to name a few.

Wedding

Property was very spacious. Family from Florida and nearby Chester Springs stopped in for a pre- wedding brunch. Plenty of space and well supplied kitchen for us to prepare brunch. Next day the bride and groom stopped in to spend the day. Backyard allowed the little ones to run around and play ball

Pennsylvania Dutch Country hidden jewel

Ben is absolutely amazing as a host! We travel quite often and this is one of the best properties that we have stayed in. We traveled with three generations, aged three to well seasoned. From the 1st floor game room to the well appointed den, replete with a pool table and air hockey. The property has more then ample space for young ones to stretch out and play. The outdoor patio is a virtual oasis. The hot tub with Bluetooth enabled sound and ambient lighting created the perfect enclave for the adults to enjoy some tranquility and serenity. While we did visit Sight and Sound, the true purpose of our travels was to offer a brief respite to one of our sons and his family. They had the unfortunate experience of suffering through a devastating house fire. They were awakened by smoke alarms blaring. The fire burned their house to the ground. Even the studs and joist were rendered to ashes. Bless GOD that our son, daughter-in-law and their six kids all made it out safely, but with only pajamas and house shoes. The fire totally consumed all of their material possessions. I relayed these unfortunate circumstances to Ben and the way that he supplied and stocked the house convinced us that he considered the most minute details in ensuring that we would have an enjoyable stay. We generally travel to the area when Sight and Sound introduces a new production. On future visits to the area, Ben King will definitely be our host of choice. Thanks Ben for an enjoyable stay!

Gordonville Gem

We had a group of friends stay in the house for a single night. It was clean, roomy, and looked exactly like the pictures. The amenities including the hot tub and fire pit provided a great backdrop to relax and catch up. Pool and Ping Pong tables also a plus. Many social areas and bedrooms comfortable. The community is lovely and quite but a bit distant from Lancaster if that is your destination. Overall, great place and experience

Family PA trip

We had the best time in Amish Country! The house was perfect for our family and we were never bored even when it rained! The location is perfect and very central to everything that we wanted it to be! We can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely Home in the heart of Amish Farms

This home was super cute and cozy. We had everything we needed and tons of space. 4 genetations celebrated a 30th birthday. Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed the hot tub and games! We will definitely be back!

Wedding

Booked this place for 3 days, as my now wife, and I got married. Had the groomsman, and bridal party all get together, and overall, was an amazing place to stay. Many things to do for entrainment, and very comfortable. Hose is super responsive. Check in was also super easy. Had a stress free stay, and besides that, a beautiful wedding, and great time with close friends. 5 stars goes to this place for me.

Four generations of celebration

We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughters 30th birthday at Ben's home! It was clean and comfortable. Easy to access, keyless. We had 4 generation, 8 adults and 2 children. We were all very comfortable, plenty of space. Ben was a fabulous host! He thinks of everything, the house is ready for all your needs. I would highly recommend staying here! The location was perfect to enjoy all the attractions of the area. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Ben.

Peaceful Family Getaway

We so enjoyed our stay at this peaceful property! The home is immaculately clean and well-stocked with essentials! Our large family enjoyed spreading out in the many available spaces (basement, game room/garage, patio, sun room, living room) to enjoy moments of both connection and tranquility. Perfect for a relaxing girls' weekend

My friends and I rented this place for my bachelorette weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, with plenty of space and felt cozy. It was very close to some fun activities in Lancaster as well. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

A Gem not too far from Lancaster

The property was exactly as advertised! The house had charm, and was extremely comfortable. It was perfect for hosting our holiday family gathering; heated outdoor hot tub, functional grill and table with fire pit, great gaming area for the teens, and plenty of open space for celebrating. The owner, Ben, was responsive and accommodating. We hope to be back at Ben’s place in the future, should we decide to visit Lancaster, PA.

Birthday Trip for Moms 75th

The house is beautiful! My family loved every part it. The kitchen was large and well stocked, there was plenty of seating at the tables for us. The living room had great furniture. The decor was super cute and it was still decorated for Christmas which added a special charm. We enjoyed the hot tub even in the cold weather. The downstairs had a great pool table and other games with plenty of TVs so everyone could find something to watch. We had plenty of beds to accommodate us which was a plus. To say it made my moms heart happy to have her family under one roof is an understatement. We will definitely come back to the area again!! Thank you Ben King for helping to make great memories. Ps - the neighbors let us hold their new puppies. What a treat!!

Wonderful family vacation

I brought my kids and their families here for a Christmas getaway. When we first walked in the door it was amazing. The house is beautiful and there is so much room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved the animals in the back, the pool table got used a lot, along with the air hockey. We went to see the miracle of Christmas at sight and sound theater and I really recommend everyone go there and see one of their plays. I’ll be coming back next year to see Daniel. Overall it was a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend staying here, the host was great, the location was great and the house was amazing.

Serene Pastoral Setting

Stayed with family for a long weekend to enjoy Christmas activities in the area. This house featured a serene, pastoral setting with excellent amenities. Plenty of activities for the teens to enjoy (ping pong & pool were favorites). Also, the hot tub was a hit and we got plenty of use out of that. House came with a well-stocked coffee bar which was perfect for us. Very, very clean and comfortable property. We loved it.

Saeger extended family Thanksgiving

As advertised it was a 5 bedroom 2 and a half bath home with lots of entertaining room. We had 10 people sleep at the home and 17 for Thanksgiving dinner. We could have used a little more room in the kitchen, but we cooked a full dinner. The "kids" enjoyed the ping pong table, pool table and air hockey. We love football, so the TV's in the common areas were all used. Overall, we had a great time together and the home fit our needs.

Beautiful house

Girls weekend

We took a girls weekend trip to explore Lancaster! We played games, ate delicious food, and had a blast. The hot tub was a nice way to relax and end our evenings. We also had a lot of fun in the basement playing pool and air hockey!

4 Generations Family Vacation

The house was very nice and the updates were great. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us (ages 2-80). The extras (pool table, foosball, ping pong, air hockey) were thoroughly enjoyed. It was very relaxing at the end of the day to get in the hot tub for awhile and then sit by the fireplace outside. We didn’t need to communicate much as everything was in great shape but Ben was easy to communicate with when needed. Overall, we all had a great time and have even talked about staying here again if we are back in the area.
