*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!
*PARKING: Parking passes have now been implemented for this complex at the cost of $40+tax per vehicle, per stay for up to 28 nights. You are automatically charged for 2 passes per booking, our office registers each vehicle, and each guest will receive an electronic parking pass to present to security upon arrival. Day parking is an additional $7+tax per vehicle and will need to be registered through our office prior to arrival.
*COMPLEX AMENITIES: This property offers 2 elevators per building, an outdoor communal pool, boardwalk to the beach, free parking, communal lobby with seating.
This property also offers additional amenities that charge fees separate to your booking or reservation. These fees are paid directly to The Beach Club and can only be handled on site. The Club Fees are paid per Unit, not individually and are as follows:

This property is NOT pet friendly! Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.
*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
THE BEACH CLUB BRISTOL 201:
Nestled on the Ft. Morgan peninsula, the Beach Club offers everything you would want in a luxury resort. The Beach Club is conveniently located twelve miles from Gulf Shores Parkway (Hwy 59)--only minutes from exclusive golf courses, theaters, dining, and the Wharf.
This 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath unit is located on the second floor, Eastern corner of the Bristol Tower. The Living Room offers a Sleeper Sofa, ottoman, three easy chairs, television, Balcony Access, and gorgeous views of the Gulf Of Mexico. Adjacent to the living room is the Kitchen/ Dining Area with plenty of seating. The Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and cookware, and includes a laundry closet with a stack washer/dryer.
The Primary Bedroom has views of the Gulf and also provides balcony access. The Primary Bedroom features King Bedding, Television, and private bath with tiled standing shower, and walk-in closet.
