Modern spacious newly renovated1,000 square foot guest casita located in the perfect location next to the Arizona Biltmore at the base of the Wrigley Mansion. One of a kind and unique casita location. Very quiet with privacy. Old Town Scottsdale 10 minutes away. All Baseball Spring Training sites are all within 15-30 minutes. 12 minutes to airport. Hiking at your doorstep and AZ Biltmore/ Waldorf Astoria Hotel and world famous Biltmore golf course is a beautiful 3 minute walk away. Walk along the canal, hike up the private hill right out your door. Lots of wildlife, flora and fauna right out your door. 5 minute walk to Biltmore Fashion Square with Macys and Saks. Fully equipped with full kitchen, balcony with amazing views, plenty of seating, guard gated community. Sleeps up to 4 adults plus 2 children. Guest casita has stairs to enter but once inside no stairs.

Owners live on site and Casita is completely separated with private access and private balcony.
We have just become empty nesters and have 2 dogs. We have a 1 year old bernedoodle and a 9 year old golden doodle.

Why they chose this property
Perfectly located at the foot of the Wrigley Mansion and right next to the Arizona Biltmore/Waldorf Astoria. Central to everything in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Guesthouse is private and very quiet. Enjoy the desert right out your door. Relax on the covered porch.
