Cottage on serene 5 acres. Minutes from Equestrian Showgrounds. Guardhouse/gated community. We recently acquired this gem and completed all interior renovations, including a/c, electric, plumbing, painting, and furnishings throughout. Adorable and clean. Only basic and minimal decor exists presently, as we continue enhancing the decor in between guest arrivals. Priced lower than market to account for the limited bells and whistles available at the moment. Hosts live in the subdivision and will be on hand if you need us. The photos are all of the property.
