Enjoy Nantucket from the quiet oasis of Quidnet. Located just 1/2 a mile from Nantucket's renowned bike path and 1 mile to ocean beaches and family-friendly Quidnet pond. Quidnet is 5 miles, 10 minutes to town where you can find restaurants, shops, ferries and more. The quaint village of Sconset is a quick 5-minute drive.
This home has everything you need to make your stay on Nantucket a memorable vacation. New Central A/C system installed 2023. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and all you need to host large gatherings to make the most of the indoor/outdoor dining areas this house has to offer. The dining room can fit up to 12, kitchen island equipped with three stools and breakfast nook comfortably seats 6. Outdoor dining table seats 8 in addition to outdoor couch.
Located upstairs are all 3 bedrooms, as well as 'bonus' nursery/office. The primary bedroom features a Jack and Jill bathroom to the 'bonus' nursery/office.
This home sits on 1/2 acre of private land. Outdoor accommodations include outdoor shower, sectional seating, Weber gas grill and bistro lighting to carry your festivities well into the night.
