Ocean Front Great Views and Open Kitchen at The Sunbird 603E
You must come stay at this beautifully renovated condo that has SPECTACULAR gulf views throughout the entire unit and your own private balcony!
The top-to-bottom updates include a redesigned kitchen to make for a spacious open floorplan to take advantage of the beautiful gulf views. New Quartz Countertops, New high end stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator with double ice maker and convention oven with air fryer. New vinyl plank flooring, New furnishings, New shiplap accent wall, New bathroom vanity, refurbished shower/tub.
In addition to all of that, this condo has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed with direct access to the bathroom. The family room has large comfortable couch with a hideaway queen size bed and oversized chair with a hideaway twin bed.
The Sunbird Resort offers a so many fun things to do including tennis, gym, and shuffleboard. And... It has THREE pools to enjoy!!! It is conveniently located near all of Panama City Beach's best attractions and restaurants!
The Sunbird is still under construction with repairs from Hurricane Michael. Our unit has been completely renovated however while the resort is in the final stages of
completion you may hear noise from the construction projects.
Pool closures:
Middle pool - March 2023 – Sept 2023
West pool - August 2023 – Feb 2024
***There are 3 pools so at any give time 2 pools will be available for use***
Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping inside condo. Professionally cleaned and maintained.
