my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to walk to downtown Fountain Hills and we’re in our 70s so it would be easy for any younger person. The property itself was spotless and very, very comfortable. The view from the back sunroom was stunning …a true taste of the desert. We couldn’t get over the amount of household supplies that there were … we have stayed at many Vrbo accommodations and this was the first time we didn’t have to rush out to buy things to supplement the kitchen. Our host was very responsive …just a quick text and he responded quickly…. The only real problem was that we couldn’t stay there longer.

Wonderful Property
This property was clean, comfortable and the perfect location for our stay in Fountain Hills. The owners responded to questions promptly and were really nice. We would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a Fountain Hills rental.

Just as expected
Great location, and the place is as advertised. Lovely open back area overlooking an arroyo with a variety of quail, roadrunners, and other small wildlife. Would easily stay again if the opportunity arose.
