"Our pool is heated by a heat pump, which relies on the outside air temperature to warm the water. While the system is effective, if the weather is particularly cold, it can take longer to reach the desired temperature, and in some cases, it may not get as warm as expected due to cooler outdoor conditions.

Because the performance of the heat pump depends on the weather, we are unable to offer refunds if the pool does not reach the exact temperature you prefer. However, we do everything we can to ensure the pool is heated to the best extent possible"

The unit is monitored by a noise detection device called Minut. This device monitors how loud it gets in the unit, cigarette and marijuana smoke, and how many Bluetooth devices walk through the door.

This device is solely to prevent parties from occurring in the unit and ensure we respect the neighbors. This is not a recording device.
