Have coffee on the dock and watch the sunrise! This lakefront vacation getaway with a boat dock, is located in Denver on Lake Norman. Sunny Daze is perfect for families or groups of up to 10. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with casual lakefront decor with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. This vacation home will give your friends and family a comfortable home base from which yall can spend their days on the lake, head out to a sporting event, or venture into Charlotte for shopping and then come back to sit on the porch or relax in the hot tub with a view of the lake. Three comfortable bedrooms, with king-size beds, plus a bunk room.

Sunny Daze features a covered back deck and patio, where the outdoors can be enjoyed in both rain and shine. Cook outdoors on the grill and even enjoy the firepit down by the lake. The large yard gives you plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the view. The dock is the perfect spot to set up your chairs and see how many fish you can reel in. Even better, launch the provided kayaks or paddle boards from the easy launch dock and spend the day paddling around the lake.

Included amenities are the barrel-style hot tub, two kayaks, and two paddle boards with paddles and life jackets. Plus, a foosball table to entertain kids of all ages!

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations
