Florida Haven Villa - Newly Refurbished, Great location, Sleeps 8

This is a newly refurbished single-story home providing three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests situated only ten minutes from Walt Disney World Resort and only five minutes from shopping and restaurants. The villa is tastefully decorated with Florida theming throughout combining citrus colors, flamingos and gators! There is a large entrance hallway opening into a family room with lounge seating, 55" flat screen smart TV and dining area. There is a large master bedroom also with flat screen smart TV, king bed and ensuite facilities including garden tub and walk in shower with double vanity sinks. The home also provides a Queen bedroom and themed double bunk room both of which share a house bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. To the rear of the property, you will find a private swimming pool and sundeck overlooking conservation area.  A BBQ grill is provided FREE to all staying guests. Pool heat is available for an additional daily fee. Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes.

Spring break stay

The place was very nice and the beds were very comfortable and the home was conveniently near a walmart. The kids enjoyed having the pool to play in.

Great Place Great Value

Place was clean and indicative of photos. Host was available and attentive to my queries. No real issues to speak of. Everything worked out great. Beautiful, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Accommodations were great. Central AC working properly, grill working, pool heat perfect. What a great stay. Now I am back in Canada freezing my a@s off. Nice place. It won't disappoint.

Nice place to stay and enjoy the sun

My friend, my dog and I enjoyed the opportunity to have a safe place to walk and enjoy the sun. It was located a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Cute House in Quiet Neighborhood

Family stayed here to attend the Mecum auction and Disney. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Private pool was nice to have as it was HOT which is expected in summer months in FL. Grill was nice to have as well so we didn’t have to heat up house cooking. Family loved the stay. We would stay here again.

Well not ready for quests. First we had to fry an ironing board iron and blow dryer. No Wi-Fi no tv service other than what Vizio free tv offered. Carol Burnett show was what we watched. Came right with the ironing board iron and blow dryer. But never got the and sweeper we asked for twice. Wi-Fi was never corrected nor tv cable service. Outlets weren’t working one was a gfi Lightbulbs needed changed. Management was very negligent in getting back to our needs. Wouldn’t recommend this place. It was clean but it wasnt equipped to rent to guests is my opinion
