Convenient, Quiet, Great Host

A really nice property. Very quiet--a slept better here than almost anywhere else I've ever slept--and close to everything. Our host, Ian, was accommodating, cordial, and quick to respond to all our questions. Would definitely recommend.

Nightmare

We were looking forward to a quiet weekend stay to rest up after a busy week of meetings at the OKC Conference Center. However, we had a nightmare stay instead.When we first walked into the loft we initially loved its modern design and great kitchen. We were planning to spend some relaxing time cooking and hanging out watching movies. The potential is definitely there. But … instead we were forced to endure a noisy all-night party in the loft above us with the constant grinding of the elevator going up and down, up and down, up and down — all while making loud grinding noise and clunking. High heels clacking back and forth on the concrete floor above us. Loud music, etc. No one could sleep. But … that wasn’t the worst of it. I woke up in the morning, got out of bed and stepped into a huge puddle of cold water! When I turned on the lights and investigated it turned out that the bathroom down the hall that we had never entered had a plumbing issue and had completely flooded. The second bedroom next to that bathroom had completely flooded and the water had flowed into the master bedroom in the middle of the night. I contacted VRBO several times and explained the situations. They tried to help but it was not a fixable. I gave up and had to pack up to go back to stay at the hotel where we had been staying by the Conference Center for the week prior. My son ended up flying home instead of staying the weekend. A big disappointment.
