We have stayed in cabins in Tennessee for over 20 years and have always been very happy but I am sorry to say this one was not great. First it is very hard to find due to no sign at the driveway. The fireplace didn’t work came and looked at it but couldn’t fix it.TV in living room would only get 1 channel and the one in the kids place didn’t work at all. Hot tub was cold and leaking Can’t recommend this one Hope they can fix it up Thanks
The property is up in the hills, which was what we were looking for to get away from town a little (5-10 minutes). Was a little bit of a hill in neighborhood to get up to home, so during winter, just be aware. There is limited grassy area for animals to release themselves to just be aware of also. The inside was very nice looking and exactly what we were looking for during our trip. We couldn’t get the fireplace to come on (didn’t know if out of gas maybe). The beds were nice and just be aware the master is very soft. It was clean and well taken care of and we didn’t need any support, so can’t comment on that part. Would we stay again, already planning our next trip to stay again…we come 2-4 times a year.
We had a great time! We were very comfortable in this cabin! It felt private even though we had neighbors. We were not disturbed. We had a pretty view!
We absolutely loved our stay here!! The location is so convenient to get to town, but very secluded. Other than the new build across the street, we couldn’t see any other cabins from the back balcony. It was clean, plenty of space, the porch swing was my favorite! My only complaints are the remote in the living room would only work sometimes so I couldn’t get to my Netflix, and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the hott tub jets off. Otherwise, 10/10 recommend and we would definitely stay here again! I’ve already sent the link to some friends :)
This property is an amazing little cabin getaway. It was the perfect size for 3 adults. Definitely could have more people but the seating in the living room wouldn’t comfortably handle much more. But there is plenty of other seating outside, bar top, or kitchen table. The view is great and it’s so peaceful outside. We had some noisy neighbors but that’s not the cabins fault and they were still further away and our of sight. overall we have nothing bar to say.
This cabin is very nice with a beautiful view. The only problem, we had was with the gas fireplace but when we called my husband was able to turn on the gas.
The cabin was even more beautiful in person. It was clean, everything worked, and we had an amazing time.

Cabin
Could have been a little cleaner. Dust and cobwebs in the bedrooms and restrooms. Coffee pot was onsite but no filters. We bought some and left for the next guest. Noticed holes on the outside of the second floor facing the driveway, Noticed support pilings are eroding away from the building due to water runoff . That was a little concerning from a structural standpoint especially right underneath the hot tub

Pigeon Forge Cabin
First impression of the property was its location. Its in a location of new development and if we knew this ahead of time, we would not have chosen this cabin. There was construction going on at a property directly across from us, and the crew was parking up on the road right at our property. The driveway was already a bear to get into and out of, then they were blocking the road, it was a bit much to deal with. Then the cleanliness of the cabin was my biggest upset. It had a nice porch/deck that wrapped 3/4 around the cabin, but it was sooooo dusty and the funiture was covered in dust and tree pollen to the point you couldn't sit on them.....a real shame. The beautiful windows on the front of the house that reached the second floor were dusty, dirty and full of cobwebs, a real eyesore and detracted from the aesthetics of the loft....sad😥

Bear Valley Cabin
The stay was fine but needed better cleaning, each bathtub had several dead bugs also cobwebs, dusting and sweeping throughout. I don’t think the dishwasher works because it would not stay on. If you have an ironing board it should be one that works that one was broken. I had to lay it in the floor to use it. The bunk beds are very shakey and my daughter was concerned they would collapse. The windows could be washed too. I know this is a lot but might help for future renting.
Four friends from Chattanooga and Huntsville came to stay in Pigeon Forge for the WOJ conference at LeConte Center 24-26 April 2024. The house was very clean, well stocked and was close enough to the conference center but far enough not to be caught up with all the city noises. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous! Will book this house again 😊

Not what expected and not worth the price!
One reason we selected this property was because of the view that you could supposedly see from the Deck. Probably when there are no leaves on the trees or when this property was first built, there was a beautiful view, but now there is not any view except trees. In addition the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were spiders and cobwebs in the shower, dust on the blinds that had been chewed on by a dog by the looks of it, and the yellow pollen on the deck and all the deck furniture was so thick we couldn’t sit on the deck. Even though I contacted the management prior to our arrival, and asked them to check on the status of the hot tub (due to previous reviews), the hot tub jets were not working. The person who responded to me was not concerned at all about ensuring the hot tub was working. Definitely not a place I would recommend or stay at again.
This was a great place to get away with the kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub is very small, cloudy, and the jets didnt all work correctly but it was good for the kids. Beds were comfy and clean.
Arrived and everything was as it should have been. There are some talking about dirty carpet etc, but it is a rental and the carpet is just fine in the loft. Yes it isn’t brand new carpet but everything was clean for us. Beds are nice but a little soft if you prefer a firmer bed. Hot tub was awesome and views for days. Thanks for letting us enjoy with our family. Our first trip here but we are already planning another.
Great little Gem. Perfect location to everything without a lot of traffic. Cabin was clean, some cobwebs noted and upstairs drain was clogged but these are minor. Not a lot of kitchen items so bring extra. Hot tub stayed warm and was amazing. View was great, beds comfy, lots of extra pillows. Christmas tree was still up and it gave a nice cozy feeling. Overall it was an excellent stay and we will be booking again.
