Welcome to The “Sea Esta”, this condo is a quaint little spot in New Smyrna Beach. Located in Coastal Waters, an Oceanfront complex with walking distance to 27th Avenue Park, So Napa Wine Bar and Chases on the Beach restaurant and bar. Across the street is the popular Izzy’s Island Tacos & Ice Cream shop. Only 2.5 miles from Flagler Ave & Canal Street. Private beach access gate provides easy beach access. Driving /non driving beach divider right by 27th avenue (so take your pick of where you'd like to set up for the day (non-drive is great if you have small children)

This clean and well cared for 1 bedroom, 1 bath 3rd floor end unit offers amazing views from the front balcony. This 3rd floor unit provides great views from the living room and private balcony. Condo has two queen beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Full-size kitchen stocked with all the essentials you need for your home away from home vacation. In addition, kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee maker and Tea Kettle and we will provide complimentary coffee/tea during your stay! Relax and enjoy spectacular sunrises, or watch the moon rise above the Atlantic while you enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and beach tubes are available in the condo for your use. This complex offers a pool located on the waters edge with ample chairs and umbrellas on the pool deck with a BBQ pit area for guests.


PLEASE NOTE: The condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Fun at the beach

This place was in prime location And the beach was beautiful. The room is a bit outdated No beach towels or proper beach chairs but otherwise it mostly had what was needed. If your not to picky about a comfortable sleep then this place might be right for you. la

Prefect for stay at the beach vacation

Expectations fully met, corresponded fully with description, very rapid remediation of issues, adjustable set of two airconditioners (Very impoartnat fo Europeans, free parking on premises. Very relaxing stay, enjoyed it thoroughly.

Florida Vacation

It was a very nice place to stay and it was quiet. Loved being so close to the beach. The kitchen had everything I needed to be able to cook nice meals without having to eat out all the time. The pool was great too. It was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy our time there.

Ok, all in all

Pros: The unit looks exactly as pictured. Nice little kitchen, living area, and bedroom. A/C kept it cool, which is always a plus! We were only there one night, so didn't dig around much in the kitchen, but it seemed to have all of the necessities. The oceanfront location was fantastic, of course. Cons: The building itself looks pretty old and dated. You can tell they work to keep it up, but it's an old building on the beach--it's bound to look worn. * We expected there to be the "starters kit" of paper products and soap, as we've had in any rental we've ever been in and as was listed. When we got there, anxious to use the restroom after a long drive, there was a roll of toilet paper with 6 squares left on it and only an empty paper towel roll under a dirty sink. I would never expect to have to run out for TP upon arrival--this was unacceptable to me. * I was unimpressed with the property manager. We never received an email containing check-in information prior to our arrival (which she claimed was sent, but I never received). When I reached out, I found her communication to be curt and bordering on rude (when your only communication is via email, a simple "you're welcome" or a "I'll take care of it" go a long way). "Check your email" isn't the greatest reply... We did receive an automated email checking on our stay to see if we needed anything, received 6 hours after we had to check out. *The unit had a musty smell. Not atypical for this area, though.
