There are three bedrooms spread throughout, each one designed to offer a quiet retreat from the rest of the home.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, a 55” Smart TV with Netflix and a closet, so unpack your suitcases and make yourself at home!
Bedroom 2 Has a comfy Queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has 3 Twin Mattress beds. 1 day bed with a trundle - a bed that opens from it and 1 Stand alone twin bed. The 3rd bedroom features a Work desk as well.

The 2 bathrooms feature modern fixtures and finishes and hotel-quality towels. One of the bathrooms includes both a tub and a rain shower

If you're bringing a group to Vegas, you'll want a kitchen big enough to accommodate the needs of a hungry crowd. The sun-filled kitchen has been recently upgraded to ensure ease and convenience in the kitchen. The granite countertops offer plenty of space for meal prep, and the large sink and dishwasher make it easy to clean up after a feast.

The kitchen has drawers full of kitchen essentials and utensils, and a sitting bar allowing the designated chef(s) to socialize while showing off their magic. Use the stove or microwave to cook from scratch or heat up leftovers from the night before. You could also order in. Enjoy meals together at the dining table.

Other convenient features include the cooktop, oven, a filter coffeemaker with ground coffee and filters supplied, a toaster and a blender. Roomy kitchen fully loaded with everything you need to cook or bake and enjoy an amazing dinner with your family and friends.

Check-in time is after 4 pm so the cleaners can work their magic and deliver a perfect home.

Check-out is at 11am to allow cleaning for the arriving guests.
When possible, we offer early check-in and late check-out as an additional service (limited by prior guest check-out or following guests check-in)

Back yard must be completely quiet between 10:00pm - 8:00am
We are Dog (no cats please) friendly, and allow most dogs to stay at the property. Please tell me your pet breed age and weight asap. There is a pet fee - $20-$35 per night per dog. Your dog must be approved and paid for prior to checkin. If your dog wasn't pre-approved and/or the additional fee was not paid for prior to checkin, your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.
Please refrain from mentionin short-term rental to anyone you may meet, ask, or any of the neighbors.
Prepare your own favorite BBQ dinner. BBQ runs on propane gas - Ask me for a gas tank for $45.
Avoid from smoking inside the house. There will be a $500 cleaning charge for smoking inside the house. Please avoid doing so. (You may smoke in the back yard).
* DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE! You may Smoke in the Back yard * Parties will not be tolerated and guests will be removed with fine and no refund. As a LICENSED SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY, all guests must agree to follow all city ordinances and house rules as disclosed prior to booking of the property. 1. NO parties of Any Kind Due to the city ordinances. 2. NO Fireworks of Any Kind on and around the property at any time 3. NO Disturbing Noises of Any Kind This includes use of microphones and speakers for singing, speaking, and playing music throughout the day and especially after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am. 4. NO Street Parking of Any Vehicles All vehicles must be parked on the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed. 5. NO more than 6 Vehicles Allowed Due to the city ordinances. 6. NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS!NO. This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. 7. Pets are allowed with prior owner approval and a fee. There is a pet fee - $30 per night per dog or a minimum of $90 (Whichever is Higher).Bringing a pet without the owner pre- approval may result in booking cancellation, with no refund and/or a $1,000 fine. If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, you will be reported to your booking Channel and required to leave the property immediately without refund.
