The home was as described and perfect for what we needed for our 2 night stay. Low traffic street and it was nice to have the kids sleep upstairs so the adults could spent time together once they went to bed. Host was responsive and the house was very clean!
My family really enjoyed staying in this house. The location is close to everything we needed and yet the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house is clean and comfortable. The mattresses are comfortable also. We will stay here again.
This was a comfortable place for my entire family to stay. Using iPhone's Maps app we had trouble finding the house. But Google maps was better able to direct.
We enjoyed our stay. Six ladies and we gad plenty of room fir sleeping and two bathrooms was great. One issue with the one toilet but was taken care of right away. Thank you
We stayed to watch a UT game. It was close to the university and the home was clean and comfortable, perfect for what we needed! The GPS took us down a different road about a block away but once it recalculated we were right there.
This is a beautiful home and worked great for our family. The layout of the house worked great, my grandson could watch his cartoons and the rest of the could watch the games and still be close enough to him. The location worked well for our trip to the zoo being only about 20-25 minute away and it was a nice quiet neighborhood.
Well maintained large relaxed home in a very quiet neighborhood (dead end road). The property is well maintained and has everything you need and is close to everything you want.
Beautiful house… everything was clean, neat , and tidy. Beautiful yard and setting. If I am ever in Toledo again I will definitely use this house again.
Wow! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay while visiting the Toledo area!
This was a home away from home, with everything you could need, including comfortable beds, beautiful furniture (on the deck and in the sunroom too), and top quality supplies (dishes, towels, etc). We brought my 95 year old father in law with us, who doesn’t travel much and he was so happy staying here…comfortable and safe. We enjoyed the Toledo Zoo nearby, and stopped at the renown Tony Packo’s and Schmuckers for meals, all nearby and easy to get to. Would stay here again, no question, if we ever go back to the Toledo area.
Communication was excellent with the owners. They responded promptly and check in instructions were clear.
Three of us were to stay here while we delivered professional development at a nearby school. Shortly before we were to arrive, our numbers dropped to two due to a death.
Great property close to many things. We booked for wedding in Whitehouse. Home had a lot of room and very nice amenities. We did not have to communicate with the owners, but they did greet us the day we were arriving. We would highly recommend, we have another family wedding next year and will rebook again. Thanks for the awesome stay!
We loved this house! Our family spent 5 days here to explore the Toledo area. We were impressed with how roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet the house was. It was nicely furnished, well stocked and smelled fresh too. The upstairs was nicely cooled by the AC unit, our teens and their aunt slept comfortably in the 3 beds up there. We liked how close to the freeway it was, yet on a quiet dead-end road with a large, secluded backyard and patio. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this home!
Very nice home! Every amenity you can think of! Comfortable beds…big kitchen…2 living spaces … sun porch….! Everything looked brand new. Very clean! Would definitely stay here again!
The house is on a dead end street near the expressway but you don't hear any traffic noise. The house was roomier than we expected and well furnished. The stairs going to the upper level are quite steep but the two bedrooms on the first floor were enough for our stay. Overall quite comfortable.
This house is located in a quiet neighborhood. You can connect with nature on this property. This house is very spacious. This house can hold many people and not feel cramped.
My family ( husband, 2 young children -2years and 4 years, grandma, and great grandma) stayed for Memorial Day weekend. The house was clean and the host was very nice and responsive. 2 things I would have liked to know before our stay were that the air conditioning is not central - it is one unit in the main level living room and one in the upstairs attic that has been turned into a bedroom. When we stayed the weather was in the lower 80’s and upper 70’s and the upstairs bedroom was unbearably hot during the day even with the AC and ceiling fans on full blast- especially in the second bedroom upstairs with the full size bed - it did not have a fan or the AC or even a screen to open the window. I also wish I would have known that the upstairs bedroom which I thought would be perfect for my girls- did NOT have a door, but instead a very large open hole and very steep steps. Our family did enjoy the fenced in backyard and fire pit and the spacious kitchen and the cleanliness of the house. It was also very close to downtown Toledo and the zoo and Imagination station.

Why they chose this property
This house is located on a dead end street so the traffic is very minimal. Even though its still in the city limits, you feel like your in the country. Anything you need whether its groceries, fast-food, nice restaurants or the expressway, its all within a few minutes drive.
What makes this property unique
We sit on 5 acres so the wildlife is great! We have many beautiful birds to see for those that love birdwatching. Deer walk around our back yard and eat from our peach trees often. There is plenty of space for playing cornhole, grilling and just hanging out in the backyard on the deck.
