Your amazing rental is situated directly across the street from a free public beach, so you can have your toes in the sand in no time - it's only within several minutes' walking distance! There is also a heated swimming and hot tub, in addition to an unheated pool, for added fun right in the community. After a way well spent, comfortable living quarters beckon you home whenever you're ready to relax and unwind.

Inside, a plush main living room comes complete with a large sofa and a TV. Relaxing evenings can be spent here while the chef of your family cooks up something tasty in the full kitchen. With its suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and breakfast bar, cooking comes easy. Gather together and play a game of Ping Pong - the table is located in the locker/closer of the carport. There, you'll also find beach toys, two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella.

Four bright bedrooms offer wonderful sleeping quarters for your loved ones. The tasteful decorations and soft bedding will leave you smiling. Tune the central air-conditioning to your liking each evening before drifting off into slumber. For your additional convenience, be sure to utilize the private washer/dryer when your clothes need to be refreshed.

Outside, a balcony offers a private spot to enjoy the balmy Alabama sunshine.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
