Quick family Getaway

Relaxing Fall Getaway

This property was perfect for our group of four couples to spend the weekend enjoying all that the Washington and Augusta area has to offer! The home was beautifully furnished and very clean! The communication was great and the check-in and out process was super easy! Thank you for sharing your space with us! We needed this time away to relax and make memories!

Amazing holiday family getaway!

This was an amazing house for our family and dogs close to downtown Washington, MO! Great amenities, plenty of room, and we all loved the arcade setup! Definitely would love to stay here again.

October wedding

This is such a fun rental. Tons of space. The basement is full of toys and arcade games, which everyone loved. Great back yard for outdoor entertaining. Easy access location. We had a great time. Thanks!

Great house!

The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio area was fantastic! The only issue we had was the steep driveway, our hitch did not allow us to get up the driveway without dragging. We just parked on the street. Definitely would not deter us from staying again.

Great house!

Lots of room to spread out and enjoy! It was very clean and we used the suggestions for restaurants and bars! We were there for a golf tournament with friends and it worked out perfectly

Great place for a group

Stayed here for a few days with 7 friends. Some are more introverted than others and this place had plenty of space for people to hang out together but also get away to recharge when needed. Great place!

Our New Go-To in Washington!

I was so pleased with all aspects of this guest house! The location was even in my childhood neighborhood. Our family had hours and hours of fun! There was enough room for the 5 of us and for our local family to visit as well. We love the Family Game House!

Great Space

With a family of 7 it was the perfect place to stay and all have our own space. Great game room in the basement for the kids and close enough to downtown St. Louis for a day to explore the city

Charming and Well-Equipped Home

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely VRBO property, and I can't say enough good things about it. The place was immaculately clean and adorably decorated, making it a perfect home away from home. The property was well-equipped with supplies, which made our visit incredibly comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Girls 60th

The property and check in was great. The house was bigger than expected and well stocked. Close to the river, shops and restaurants. We had 10 adult women but two had to sleep on air mattresses. The outside patio area was a nice place for morning coffee. The house was very clean and well maintained by owner. Highly recommend!!

Beautifully decorated VRBO

The house was beautiful! It is very roomy and it is three levels which makes it nice for privacy for all of the guests. One queen bed in the basement. One hide a bed on the main floor and one king and two queen bedrooms upstairs. The master has the king bed and the, two queen bedrooms share a bath. It is very comfortable, warm and inviting. 😊😊

This house was the perfect size for our party of 10. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts provided a seamless check-in/out process. Easy to get to, garage access, back yard and front porch ALL EXCELLENT!

Fun family/friend home

This property (and its owner) was AMAZING!! Super close to downtown/the river, very spacious, and very nicely decorated. Lots of special added touches like an entertainment console filled with board games, arcade area, coffee bar, and outdoor space offered opportunities to have fun as a group. Marvin and Tamara are super caring and responsive, sending messages during our stay and asking for feedback. Oh, and the heated bathroom floor in the finished basement area was probably my favorite part of this cold trip. We 10000000% would recommend this property to anyone travelling to Wash MO and look forward to rebooking when we return! Thanks, Marvin and Tamara!

Loretta's 70th Birthday Party

Loved: coffee station, games on wall, game room, location, stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, pillow , loved the layout of the entire house especially the bedrooms. Suggestion: sand down the handrail in garage (2 got splinters), replace non-skid mat in kitchen (2 tripped), disclose steep driveway as this could be an issue for others too

Family fun time!

This VRBO was the perfect meeting place for our long distance family traveling from opposite sides of the country. The house is easy to find in the cutest town, Washington, Mo. It is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The furnishings are new and up to date. Our family, old and young alike, enjoyed the game room playing the arcade style games and video game console. The basement area is a perfect retreat to hang out and have fun! The owners were so thoughtful in making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay- fresh linens, a small supply of laundry and dish soap, comfy blankets, and a fully stocked kitchen. They even prepared special welcome baskets for the children in our group. Communication with them was timely and friendly. This is by far one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had! We look forward to staying here on future visits.

Perfect stay for a family reunion!

We had an amazing stay! My family including a 10 month old all flew in from all over the country to visit for our great grandma’s birthday. Marvin & Tamara were communicative & thoughtful! Before we arrived, they made sure they prepared a pack n play with sheets and a high chair! When we arrived, the home was super clean, enough to have me let my baby crawl on the floor. Lots of bathrooms with good shower pressure, plenty of towels. The washer and dryer seemed new and worked perfectly. There were easy instructions for how to use all the appliances, including a coffee station! The kitchen was well stocked and every detail was so well thought out. Our favorite thing was the couch— crazy comfy and fit all of us at once with our feet up!!! We spent every night talking and playing the games they had on the big comfy couch. We are thinking of getting one just like it. Our other family members came over to hang out, and they also complimented the comfy couch! We also had plenty of room in the dining area to talk and catch up. The TV was also really nice and I was able to screencast my peloton work out every morning (plenty of space for Pilates or a quick HIIT workout). A huge bonus was the basement arcade. We spent quality time playing video games with our teen nephews who stopped by. Overall our stay was memorable. We hope to return for our great grandma’s next special birthday celebration!
