Welcome to Nixon's Treehouse. We are a husband and wife who live in beautiful Southern California, who love traveling and exploring old and new places alike. When we travel, we love using vacation homes and have used enough to know what people want and need in a vacation rental. Nixon's Treehouse is just that, a little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of life, nestled in the trees in beautiful, quiet, Lake Arrowhead.

We live in a quiet, nicely shaded neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because we can sleep up to 18 people in beds. We also have level entry parking which is extremely rare for Lake Arrowhead. We are suited best for large families and gatherings.
