Charming house in the Melrose District, just 3 miles North of downtown Phoenix
Charming 1450 square foot house in the heart of the Melrose district. Located between Central and 7th Ave on a quiet street north of Indian School Rd. You are walking distance to the light rail, amazing restaurants, coffee shops, Indian Steele Park and more.
The house is adult, kid, and pet friendly. There are items to entertain all. Inside the are a few toys for infants and toddlers, puzzles, a puzzle board, and games for all ages. In the backyard you will find a sand box, bocce ball court, basketball hoop, putting green, and corn hole. Off of the TV room there is a medium size dog door with access to a fully fenced backyard.
Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and the Living room/TV room has barn doors with a fold out sofa sectional bed. There is also a pack and play for those traveling with infants.
