My son stayed for eight weeks during his schooling. It was perfect for him. Very clean place. The owners are great with communication. Highly recommend.
Olushola's place had everything I needed.
The host was very responsive and I was even able to borrow some kitchen utensils that were not in the unit.
There are kids playing above you, so if you are looking for a quiet place that unit may not be for you. I didn't mind it, as I was out for most of the time.
Thanks again for your hospitality Olushola!
Grande Royale was a good home base for our 3-week stay in Saskatoon. We weren’t there much because we worked long hours everyday. But when we were it was quiet and enjoyable.

For the price, the facility had everything it needed to. It was well cleaned, easy to find and in a decent neighborhood. That said, there were some drawbacks. There is a child upstairs who makes quite a bit of noise during the day (running, crying) and a strong smell of something like cat litter in the entryway. The communication was however very good: when the microwave broke, the owner had a solution very quickly.

Walkway acces was impossible to roll heavy luggage and dangerous could cause tripping. Updating walkway would be benificial.
We found the basement to cool for us and had to use space heaters. But many people would like it cool.
Good stay, clean place, good communication with hosts, who let us know our skip order was outside just at the wrong door.
Seemed like the cleaners prepared the suite for 1 person and not 2 person occupancy so we ran out of towels and toiletries quickly. I still think that regardless of number of people it should also be applied to number of nights, I don’t like using the same towel 2x in a row. There was an issue with the bathroom vent, the host tried to fix it for us and it probably would have been fixed had we granted access to the suite, however it was already quite late and we just wanted our privacy at that time so it’s not his fault it was ultimately not fixed at the time. I wish there was more options for coffee, just 3 little dispos (the kind in restaurant bowls) of cream wasn’t enough (cleaners probably going off single occupancy and single night stay) there was no sugar or stevia, just equal and Splenda which are not the best options for sweeteners. I brought my own coffee just incase.
Overall, it was a good place, the host seems like a good person. We were overall very happy with our stay, we even cleaned up more then we normally would for a hotel.
Thanks for the attention, would stay again.
