Sun City West is a lively resort community for adults 55+ years -- clean, quiet, convenient shopping, parks, seven golf courses (open to the public), and many other amenities. Convenient NW location with freeway access to Glendale, Phoenix & Scottsdale, nearby mountain lakes, or a daytrip to spectacular Sedona. This home has been in our family for 39 years. Great place with lots of memories. Make some of your own!

Dad is a 96-year old WWII veteran who recently moved to an assisted living apartment close to Christy's house. Dad can use the extra income that renting his house provides. Thanks for your interest! This home is sparkling clean, meticulously maintained. All the furniture is in great shape and very comfortable. The linens and towels are new. Everything is optimized for the comfort of you, our guest.
What makes this property unique
For longer stays we recommend purchase of a guest pass for all the wonderful facilities that Sun City West has to offer. This is a resort community with just about everything a person could want, pools, bocce, pickle ball, a club for every interest, and seven golf courses (open to the public).
