Built in 1888, and located in the historic Ross neighborhood, this private studio is a short walk to Penn Square and the Lancaster Convention Center. This turn-of-the century, American classic is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Lancaster with easy access to everything. Duke Street is known for it's colonial architecture and tree-lined streets that provide travelers with a portal into America's past. The studiois easily accessed by the front left door. All areas of the home are secure. The entrance and studio apartment is private and the laundry room and rear outdoor space is shared with other on-premise apartment homes.
