Delight yourself with fantastic family-friendly community amenities, including two sparkling pools, and coin-operated laundry facilities (they also take credit cards).

This wonderful retreat has a nice, inviting balcony with a convenient table and offers great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The interior is as cozy as it looks with a well-appointed living room with a large TV, a cute dining table, and a sparkling fully-equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances to prepare everything that comes to mind! The primary bedroom has its own TV and the bathroom offers a nice shower/tub combo.

***Please be advised that the pool will undergo necessary plastering maintenance beginning April 1, 2025. The estimated duration of this work is four weeks, with an anticipated pool reopening date of approximately May 1, 2025.***

Excellent location

We’ve stayed in the Miramar area for 20 years. While this isn’t the newest or “trendiest” of units we’ve rented, it was SUPER clean, had everything we needed in good working order, and was 50 yards to the beach. Management was quick to answer questions and very helpful. We loved our stay and would return!

It’s okay

Stay was okay, the mgmt company does a terrible job communicating with you or handling any issues. Place is clean for the most part, toilet is coming off the floor and has sewer gas smell. And they just walk in your unit without asking or giving you any notice! Terrible I would stay avoid if possible.

Lovely Beach/Water View Option

Lovely stay, was quiet and peaceful. Watch the stairs they can be slippery and that last step tends to blend in but a lovely option for vacationing.

This was my fourth time at the Gulfview condos. The location is walking distance from restaurants. It offers a decent view of the beach. The pool was well maintained and parking was always available.

THE Perfect Beach View

The unit was in the perfect spot for a beautiful view of the beach, and equipped with all the necessities to visit the private beach for the complex (umbrella, boogie boards, ice chest, etc.). They included a great selection of board games to play out on the balcony to enjoy the view and warm weather. We highly recommend this unit for any couples or BFF trips, it's the perfect size for two! We will definitely keep it on our list of places to rent the next time we are in Miramar.

Beautiful Condo & Perfect Location

Loved the entire condo! It was clean and it had everything I needed for my stay and then some. Parking was easy and available the entire trip. I had a minor issue with the parking passes that was resolved with a quick phone call to Vacasa customer service. The customer service rep on the phone and the young lady who arrived the following morning to resolve the issue were both friendly and professional. Access to the beach was too easy. The view from the balcony was awesome. Perfect spot for a solo trip or couple's trip. I look forward to returning to 317 in the future!
