Inlet Reef 318 is located on the beach side of the exclusive Holiday Isle: a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. This stunning 3rd-floor condo has two bedrooms and two baths and can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably! With a king bed in the master, a single/double bunk bed with a twin-size pull-out trundle under the bunk plus a twin daybed in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, you will have plenty of space to lounge around. This unit is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, lovely decor, and the convenience of a washer and dryer in your unit. Enjoy seeing the sunsets from your private balcony. Inlet Reef Club amenities including an onsite beach side pool with a hot tub, sundeck, barbecue area and loungers for your enjoyment. An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from the gulf to the harbor.Ā 

The Islander is perfectly located next to Destin Harbor, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, parasailing, wave runner, and paddle-board rentals.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!Ā  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. We had the best time in Destin and this condo didn't disappoint. It was the perfect location by the beach (which we did partake in and witnessed a sunset wedding in the process). Will definitely book again

Needs improvement

There was 5 ladies all on a girls vacation first off when we arrived the front bathroom toilet did not work and wasn't able to be used we called maintenance and they worked on it for awhile said it was fixed but it was not, the toilet flooded causing a huge mess we had to clean up and use all our towels to dry the floor. We made another call to maintenance explaining the problem was still not fixed and they needed to come back out. In the meantime if you know what is is like to have 5 girls all have to wait to use 1 bathroom is not fun. Next issue. There was not enough bedding at all for the amount of guest, there was a futon that had a sheet but no blankets were provided. We had to go to the local wal-mart and buy blankets so we had enough for everyone. So that was an expense we should not have had. And just a suggestion you gave us literally 1 trash bag in the kitchen I have NEVER stayed anywhere that didn't give at least 1 back up.

It was a beautiful stay. Everything that was needed was in the condo. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The only problem was the blenders were outdated and it took a minute to get onebworking.

Family getaway

We have two young children and it was out first time flying with them for a vacation. The property was perfect for us. Right by the steps, easy access to the pool as well as the beach. Also the area had a lot of sidewalks which made talking walks easy and safe which is also very important to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

Inlet Reef 318 is a dive

Our stay was very disappointing. Entered the condo the first night; mold around the master shower pan, patio door handle broken, no fire extinguisher (in listing itā€™s stated there was one), furniture in listing is not furniture found in condo, all terrible; broken appliances, and no blankets in the entire condo! After several emails I finally received a response concerning a few of the issues. Not all were handled. This property is like a very low grade hotel. We will never rent from REALJOY again. We have already disputed the charge with our credit card company.

Perfect Beach

Great size condo and one of the best beaches in the U.S. in front of the complex (we have seen our share). Only issues were the pool was not heated for our first three weeks (listing said that is was heated) and the tennis courts were shutdown (being resurfaced)

Visit was ok

On our stay our water went off for a night and day. All of the numbers on the refrigerator were no good. They had nothing to do with Real Joy vacations. I went to my emails and found a number that finally got me connected with someone who was willing to help me. I loved the location but the service of the unit was lacking. The beds were clean but the living room furniture could have been a little cleaner. The garbage disposal was broken and the twin bed in the second bedroom was broke at the bottom .

Perfect family get away

This property was perfect for our family of four. It came equipped with all the basics in the kitchen. As well as TVs for each room, which makes everyone happy. It was clean, and when we had one little concerned, the property manager called us back immediately to assist. We would love to return. Also the amenities, including the pool and beach houses along with a hot tub made it so much more enjoyable.
