The kitchen has a beautiful iridescent tile backsplash reminiscent of an abalone shell. There’s a Keruig Duo coffee maker, an electric kettle, toaster, spice rack, chef’s caliber knife block, etc.

The swinging egg chair on this balcony is a great spot to curl up with a good book, or simply a spot to retreat to enjoy the sunset free from mosquitos. There’s an open-air back deck located off of the living room and dining room, as well as a third-story balcony that overlooks the canal and offers tranquil vistas of wetlands, sky, and clouds. Anticipate world-class sunrises and sunsets!

In the carport & game room area, you will find three beach cruiser bikes with helmets. Two kayaks with life vests ranging in size from medium to 3x are on a rack on the dock. A variety of board games are stored in the dining room sideboard. Enjoy these extra amenities! Please just be courteous and let us know if anything is damaged, missing, or needs replacing. The home is on stilts and requires climbing stairs for access. Stairs are to the left side of the 2-car carport. Please note; this home has stairs only, and no elevator. Not handicap accessible. A signed rental agreement is required along with a copy of a photo identification.
