Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood ,this cozy home has two spacious and comfy bedrooms with large walkin closets . comes with a gorgeous kitchen that has a great oven for cooking cakes and pies etc... Just minutes away from a buzzing restaurant district and coffee shops . I love the UT university walking trails just across from the restaurants district as well.

Completely as advertised
The house is newly remodeled and immaculate. The linens were of hotel quality and the bed was comfortable. The check in process was simple. All it required was a code from the owner to allow me access through the electronic lock. Tyler is a small town, so the location wasn’t all that critical, but it was very close to where I was working. I would definitely stay here again, if I have reason to be back in the city.
