Walk to downtown Gatlinburg, TN! This newly renovated 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo features fantastic finishes throughout! Enjoy the gorgeous mountain and pool side views while sitting on the covered back balcony! The condo is roughly .3 miles from the middle of downtown Gatlinburg so save some money on those parking fees and stroll right into town! Gatlinburg is calling!

The Space:

Living Room- Queen sleeper sofa, smart tv, gas fireplace (seasonal)

Kitchen- Refrigerator, stove top, plates, bowls, dishes, cups, wine glasses, silverware, toaster, coffee maker (regular and Keurig bring own coffee)

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Parkway! It is in the Laurel Inn Condos! There is a back set set of steps down near the pool that leads you straight into downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can also go out front the condos and take a sidewalk all the way into downtown! It's about .3 miles to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! The location is tremendous!

Getting Around:
All paved roads to the condo. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any condo in Gatlinburg and/or the mountains as well as this one. It's easy to reach the condo and in downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can walk into downtown Gatlinburg, TN which saves you a good bit of money on parking!

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. (bring coffee)

The condo is located on the 4th floor. There is an elevator at the condo.

Laundry facilities are pay facilities located on the 1st floor of the condo complex.

Mountain View condo

The condo was comfortable, cozy and had all amenities as stated. It is close/walkable to a very busy Gatlinburg downtown. But, also not far from to the Smokey Mountain State Park.

Quick Getaway

very impressed with this property! my husband and i stayed here for a couple days, just us to have some time to ourselves before Christmas with our families. the location is perfect, the unit was very clean, and overall so pretty! we will be recommending this to our friends and family and hope to find ourselves coming back to stay in 2024!

Just a few mins away from all the fun

This little place was great. Perfect my me and my three kids. Everything was close by and the view at night was beautiful. We even saw a bear on the property. I highly recommend this little place.

Cozy and quaint

Very cute intimate setting nice balcony. Everything was nice and clean. Only thing I would suggest is the property manager fix the shower drain as it was clogged. And the A/C took a very long time to get cool. Other than that it was great!

Perfect little spot!!

We had the best stay! We wanted to be close to downtown but still have that cabin feel, and this was just that!! The check in process was the easiest I’ve experienced! The bed was one of the comfiest beds, I didn’t want to get out. The condo area was very quiet. We will definitely be back!
