2-week Family Visit

Nice cozy relaxing place centrally located with easy access in and out of neighborhood. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. WiFi was great for work requirements. Excellent cable or streaming channels on all the TVs. Overall a pleasant and relaxing stay with family.

Riverview review

The property is quite old and dated. It appears that the owner is new to this process. Cleanliness was mediocre, although it appears they had purchase new linens and curtains. Advertising a fully stocked kitchen was not accurate. There were no condiments, not even salt and pepper. No utensil for baking and what was there was minimal. The toaster would not work unless you stood there and held the handle down. We ended up spending approximately $30 buying some basics and a few utensils. Some we left there and some we took with us. It's location on a corner with one of the roads very busy made it quite noisy. A situation exacerbated by the old window's and doors. the dryer vent exhausted to the lanai making it unusable unless we cleaned it each time. The refrigerator was wedged into its space so tightly that it made a lot of noise every time you opened the door. a problem, especially in the morning when someone might be sleeping in.. There are 3 closet within the bedrooms, one a walk-in, but there were 5 hanger for all 3 closets. We bought some at the dollar store and left them there.. There are 3 large smart tv's in the house but no directions for using them. A problem for us as we are not accustomed to smart tv's.
