About this property

Large Townhome 1 mi from the beach

Located in a peaceful gated community with a pool & jacuzzi. Clean, modern, newly remodeled gem 1 mile from the ocean. Our townhome offers two fully furnished bedrooms each equipped with its own private bathroom, and a large cozy couch that has a twin size lounger, you can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests.

You are about a mile from the family-friendly Moonlight Beach, and epic surf spots like Swami's and Beacon's beach. Less than a mile from the Encinitas strip full of bars and restaurants.

The house is in a gated community. You will have access to the pool, hot tub, and one assigned parking spot.

We would like to note that our back yard is about 50 yards from the freeway so freeway noise is audible when outside and slightly audible in some areas of the house. We pretend its the ocean ;)

Good for what we needed
This stay was in a good location (walking distance from the beach, shops, etc) but it was very close to highway 5 and you could hear cars (although it was not super loud). The house itself wasn't super clean - dirty carpets and light switches, and ants in the bedrooms and kitchen. Overall, it functioned for what we needed and the hosts were very communicative and clear with how to access the home.

Perfect for us.
Updated kitchen. Beautiful pool area. Private gated townhouse near stores, beach, highway. Good communication from owner and well stocked necessities. Air conditioning worked well. Owner took care of issues so that things worked properly. Would stay here again.
