Short family getaway

While we had unfortunate weather for the duration of our stay, the location of the house on the water made it easy access for those moments where the weather cleared so we could take full advantage of the beauty of the lake. The house was clean and quiet and we would stay again if ever in the area.

This place was just as the pictures show - beautiful! Loved every minute, with the windows open heading the waves coming up to shore...there's no better sound. ❤️ Great hiking trails around the area, just a couple minutes drive either way from the cottage. Singing Sands, the Grotto (a MUST SEE), and if you like a little boat ride - take the glass bottom boat to Flower Pot Island and hike there for a couple of hours. It was all very beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.
