We had a quick stay in GJ at a darling little place. They really made it cozy and have all you need for a visit. It was so nice to have a clean, darling place with a kitchen located in a safe area near CMU.
This is a cute, cozy little house. Great for vacation! The yard is big, and my kids loved being able to be play freely outside when we were at the house. It was perfect for our visit.
This house was the perfect size for my wife and I who never needed our car once we arrived. It was extremely clean, had a nice front patio, and had all the amenities you would need for a fun weekend getaway. We walked downtown multiple times daily and then walked to CMU and easily accessed the Football Stadium. Overall great spot!
Quaint Property Close to Downtown - Highly Recommend.
Fantastic, small unit, well within walking distance from downtown.
Check-in and access was simple. I appreciated the off-street parking. The home was clean and had all the amenities needed for a short stay.
The house is cooled by window-mount AC units during summer, so that may be an issue for those who are bothered by fan noise. (I barely noticed them by the time I was done unpacking) -
The host left easy house instructions and was quick to respond to questions.
The outdoor space in the front was also a nice addition for enjoying some time outside in the evenings.
Highly recommend!
This little cottage is perfect for a couple. It was very clean, well stocked and I loved the cute decorations! We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The owner was very responsive and helpful. And the check in process was flawless. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone staying in Grand Junction.

This house was just perfect. It was very comfortable and provided everything we need. It was well stocked and had everything you can think of. The bed is so comfortable and it’s nice to park your car right by the door. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I very much recommend this quaint beautiful house to stay in.
Two night stay to visit my son at CMU. Perfect for a single traveler. Felt safe and the home was clean and includes everything you could need. Close to everything. They provide a nice book that had recommendations for hikes, restaurants, etc. Quick and clear communication with the host. Highly recommended.
One of the best. A beautiful walk along historic tree lined streets to downtown. Delicious coffee and all we needed in kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Attentive host. Will book again.
We lucked out with being able to stay at this adorable little house. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 13 year old daughter. Came to GJ for our son’s graduation and the house is only a few blocks from the stadium. The house was clean, had air conditioning and a full kitchen. It is very tiny but it had a huge yard and we enjoyed sitting outside at the umbrella table and having coffee.
Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to GJ!
This rental was exactly what I expected and exactly what I needed. Connie and Tom who own and manage the property checked on me occasionally and responded quickly if I called.
We really enjoyed this property because it was all we needed and close to everything we needed.
We were up for parents weekend for CMU and could walk to downtown, the football game and campus.
Property was very clean and had parking as well which was great.
Neighborhood was quiet and safe.
This tidy little cottage had everything we needed for our brief stay and so many thoughtful extras. Host was extraordinarily responsive to a question we had and we were thrilled by the proximity of the adorable downtown area- we comfortably walked for dinner and breakfast.
Very clean and comfortable space. The host was quick to respond to messages. We were able to have an early checkin after arriving ahead of schedule from a very long travel day.
Thank you for accommodating us.

This was an old barn, over 100 years old that has been been completely renovated into a quaint tiny home. We stayed there to visit Colorado Mesa University which is beautiful 5 minute walk through "small town America". Numerous breweries with fine beer selections are also within the walkable area. Great location for our purposes.
We stayed over the weekend and it was great. Cozy little cottage with a comfortable bed and fold out couch.
It was 103 while we were in town and the air conditioning kept us cool which was great.
We really enjoyed it and will be back.
Great little place that’s an easy walk to downtown! Kitchen was fully stocked and the place generally had all the conveniences of a larger home. We enjoyed our stay very much!
This was byfar one of the best homes we have had the pleasure of staying in. Connie is so responsive, kind, and helpful for everything we needed. Location is 10/10 and we loved the privacy of the big front yard. Will definitely stay again and 100% recommend to anyone looking for a small home to stay in.
