Multi-Homes on same lot. Front house has 3/2 and middle house has 2/1 and a full efficiency. Host groups of up to 14. Free gated off street parking. North Park Area close to Downtown, Balboa Park, SD Zoo, Mission Valley and restaurants. Quick access to 805 FWY, star bucks, super, and stores. All rooms have blackout curtains and it's mini-split units. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.
