Really Enjoyed our Stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this Condo in Puerto Rico. It was really close to the beach, airport, Walmart, restaurants etc. We really enjoyed the 3 bathrooms for our big family. The only things we didn’t like were no washcloths, sponges, cleaning equipment like toilet brush or plunger, extra blankets, baking pan, etc. The bare minimum was included and they requested that we pay an extra fee via cash app or Zelle to use the laundry. If they would have put that in there house rules on Vrbo, I would have gladly paid but we were a bit annoyed. We still really enjoyed our stay and she communicated really well via text message.

Worse management. I give 1 start to be able to review

The area is really nice but Jardin sereno needs proper management since day 1 had problems property was dirty it flooded the 11 days i booked it . i paid almost $ 2 Thousand dollars to be cleaning water my whole vacation. And also you have a hard time getting a hold of property management at night time water was coming in thru the walls, ceiling and electrical outlets.
