Escape to our stunning luxury single-family home, perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from the Club House and all the fantastic amenities Solara has to offer! With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this beautiful retreat comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests—ideal for family vacations or gatherings with friends.

Step into the elegantly decorated living area, where the kitchen, dining room, and living room seamlessly flow together, creating an inviting space for entertaining. The stunning kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation a joy.

Unwind in your outdoor oasis complete with a private pool and spa. The patio also features a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying delicious barbecues after a day of exploring the parks or shopping. Relax under the stars or watch the sunset in the enchanting "Disney" atmosphere.

Important Information:

Barbecue/Grill Fee: $65.00 + taxes per stay (includes one propane tank and final cleaning).
Pool/Spa Heat Fee: $65.00 + taxes per night (must be requested 2 days prior to check-in). Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
Pool temperature will not exceed 95°F.
The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and has no jets. It will be heated only when the pool is heated, maintaining the same temperature.
The pool heater works through heat exchange and may not function effectively in cold weather. No refunds will be issued if desired temperatures cannot be achieved due to weather conditions.
Our pool heater has a built-in safety system to prevent overheating. In cold weather, the system may shut  off temporarily to protect the pump. This feature is optional and may not always be available.
Enjoy complimentary high-speed internet and cable TV throughout your stay.

Welcome Kit includes essentials for your arrival: 1 Paper Towel Roll, 1 Dish Sponge, 2 Dishwasher Pouches, 1 Small Dish Detergent, 2 Trash Bags, 1 Toilet Paper Roll per bathroom, and a mini set of toiletries. Please bring extra supplies for longer stays.

If you'd like to check in early or check out late, please let us know at least 2 days in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
