I'm available via call or text for the duration of your stay. I live an hour north in Grand Rapids, Michigan but I have neighborhood contacts that might be able to help if I'm not available.
Our lake house is on the south end of 200 acre Eagle Lake. We have 300 feet of lakefront property with neighbors on both the east and west sides of our house.
We have two driveways (a primary driveway and a smaller driveway on the west of the house). Please keep to the 15 mph limit when driving in the neighborhood.
Our pontoon boat (seats 8 - 10) is available to rent between the months of May and September. The current rate is $150 / day or $900 / week (fuel provided). Please inquire to see the pontoon rental contract. Separate payment is made directly with the owner.
We have two external security cameras. One camera, aimed at the driveway, is also a spotlight to provide light for when guests enter at night. The other camera, aimed at the back yard and lake, provides us with peace of mind that our pontoon boat is safe and secure.
Please note that we have been listing our property as a vacation rental since July 2020. We used a separate property management company but played the role of host and guest contact. We had 30+ reviews on Airbnb with a 4.97 average rating before deciding to manage our listing directly (the reviews couldn't be transferred).
