The location was perfect for us. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is free parking in the basement Friday and Saturday night. A parking deck is also across the street if needed. The condo was comfortable and clean. Definitely would stay again.
We came to check out and tour of University of Kentucky. The location is perfect. A close walk to Starbucks and Rupp arena. A short drive - less than 5 mins to campus. We also went to the Spring meet at Keeneland is easy to get to there from this apartment - quick and easy- less than 10 mins. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Lexington.
The last time I came to Lexington, I stayed in a Victorian Village type rental, which was charming, but quirky, this time I opted for a clean, minimalist spacious Urban option, and I was not disappointed. I love the huge window and soothing decor of the space. The parking is not on site, if that’s important to you it is to be noted. Communication with the property manager was immediate any time I had a question. great location, super clean, laundry, big kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a large living space. I will use this location again. (Maybe an odd note, but if you are a person who is sensitive to laundry detergent /perfumes smells, both locations must use the same company to clean their linens as they have an overwhelming detergent smell, it must be what most people in Lexington use to launder the linens, great, if you like that sort of thing, but bring your own pillowcase and sheet if you are sensitive to perfume smells) I realize this is a very small percentage of the population but if it bothers you, it’s definitely worth notation.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Avoid this Host!
This property IS NOT furnished to accommodate 6 people and should not be advertised as such!! Had it been just me and my husband it would have been grand. However, 3 of my children and my mother were with us, as we were in town for our oldest child’s college graduation. When we arrived expecting to be able to sleep 6, we found a full/queen bed appropriately outfitted with bedding, and a futon style couch with no bedding aside from a couple extra pillows in the closet and two/three throw blankets scattered around the apartment. Hard floors so that wasn’t even an option for 15 and 17 year old sons. In other words, the place had been prepared for ONLY 2 guests!!!! NOT the 6 for which we had made the reservation. We had to contact the owners - the husband was kind, apologetic, and accommodating, the wife was not! She was condescending, unapologetic and dismissive. All she wanted was her overpriced fee for a sold out weekend.Every property she has listed on VRBO exaggerates the # of people it will sleep by at least 2. She basically told me that I should have looked closer at the pictures, because obviously “sleeps 6” meant co-sleeping with small children, it was my bad for expecting it to be able to accommodate 6 adults. My sons had to sleep at my graduate’s place, which completely up ended her plans, and added stress to what should have been a fun and exciting weekend.
