This spacious retreat features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, two well-equipped bathrooms, and a thoughtfully designed open-concept living area. POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

A beautiful home and a great staycation!

I booked this to spend my birthday weekend close to home with family and it was a HIT! Plenty of room for everyone, the amenities are amazing, and the house is beautifully decorated! My family all complimented my choice and were so excited upon arrival! Cozy, clean, and a great space!

The check-in process was super easy and they were extremely happy to help…they had a ton of suggestions where to eat/drink. The house felt new and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the backyard and the heated pool was the cherry on top. Highly recommended!!!!

Cozy Coastal Cottage

We rented this property to celebrate my moms 70th birthday. We had a great time! The house is very spacious, even with 3 teens. The backyard was perfect for relaxing in the pool while watching football and grilling out! The beach is a fairly short walk from the house and there are many cute restaurants right down the road.

Birthday Reunion

The home is perfect. So updated and everything you can think of is already there. Just like home and that’s what we always look for. Proximity to the beach nice walk and only one block over is Margaritaville Hotel, great food and views. My hubby’s 70th BDay biggest reason with a mixture of kids and grandkids, even my 91 yr old Dad. Very comfortable and the pool is a must this time of year. Really all together even better than the photos! We were all very comfortable. Hope to return and will look for more Welcome Home Rental Properties 😃

Indigo House is wonderful!

This house is everything you see in the pictures… beautifully decorated, lots of space to spread out or gather as a family. It’s gorgeous inside and out and seems brand new. Master bath is amazing! The house is stocked with essentials to do dishes, laundry, have a cup of coffee, prepare a full meal, grill etc - rare for a VRBO, thank you to the owners/management company! The back yard was gorgeous. The kids enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool, and the adults enjoyed morning coffee and evening wind down time. The house is in a nice community and is centrally located- easy to get to the beach, grocery store, shopping and restaurants. We stayed here for a weekend to visit family and wished we stayed longer. Thank you to the owner/ management company for making our stay so wonderful. We would love to come back!!

MUST STAY

Im very familiar with Jacksonville beaches and was a little reluctant to stay in this area. I stand corrected!!!!! This well-kept, perfectly located, and stunning home exceeded my expectations. I didn't want to leave!!! It is immaculate. The owners thought of everything and then some. It looks very small from the outside but the inside is roomy and full of natural light. I HIGHLY recommend this home and we will definitely be staying here again in the near future. THANK YOU!!!
