Non existent property owner

Mr Burnett never contacted us or responded to our inquiries. We attempted to get access information from him numerous times with absolutely no response. We were in the area for my Mom to have a tumor removed from her brain. We ended up having to find a hotel at 9:00 pm after a very long day in the hospital because there was no access to the boat. 5 STARS to VRBO who responded quickly and promised to refund our money. They also offered to find us accommodations but we had already done that. The other plus was the restaurant at the location where the boat was supposed to be. Delicious and great service!!!!
