Front Yard/Entry
The main entrance is located directly off Draper Avenue. Through the private gate, the walkway splits the amazing front yard, featuring different types of foliage and vegetation. To the right is a large family picnic table, perfect for outdoor lunch and dinners, situated on a wooden plank patio.
Upon reaching the door, there is a magnificent koi pond, plus a stone entryway.
Livingroom
The entryway opens directly into the living room, which features beautiful hardwood floors, multiple large windows to the front and back of the property, a comfortable large L-shaped sofa, custom-built entertainment center and shelving, lounge chairs and plenty of space for the entire family to relax.
A smart television is located in the center of the entertainment center. The property does not have cable, but is able to stream all your favorite apps via WiFi and your personal logins. In addition, each TV has complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Note: The fireplace is not operational.
Kitchen/Dining Area
The kitchen and dining area flow directly off the living room, allowing for easy access to host dinners.
Featuring hardwood floorings, black shaker cabinets, marble countertops, and a custom teal tile backsplash; the kitchen is modern, luxurious and has high quality appliances. Additionally, the kitchen is fully loaded with everything required to cook a family meal, including serving dishes, chef knives, mixer and more!
Master Bedroom
A warm and inviting bedroom, highlighted by navy blue walls, a white accent ceiling, eastern king-sized bed, modern wooden accent furniture and end tables, ceiling fan, and a window looking out into the front garden. Owner's have locked the closet, but there will be a dresser available and hanging wardrobe available.

Guest Bedroom
Featuring a queen-sized bed, work desk, custom mirrored sliding door closet, ceiling fan, plus a window facing north.
Bathroom
Modern and vibrant, this bathroom has one of the most beautiful stone encased showers you will ever see. Additionally, there is a modern vanity, smart toilet, light blue walls with a wooden plank vaulted ceiling.
Back Patio
Located directly off the dining area, the back patio has a expansive wooden deck, home to an outdoor lounge sofa, table and chairs, umbrella, plus a garden! There is also a propane grill.
Vegetable garden.
The garden is for guests to enjoy, feel free to pick what you like and tend to all you want. There are tomatoes, Chard, carrots, mint, thyme, 3 types of basil, parsley, sage and Tarragon (The selection may vary).
Hot Tub
The hot tub seats three, is located off the kitchen. It is professionally serviced each week, and does have a privacy gate, plus a mounted outdoor TV!
The TV does not have cable, but is able to stream all your favorite apps via WiFi and your personal logins.
Parking
There is free street parking, but read all signs first. The garage is locked and not available for use.

This is a quiet family neighborhood and all guests must comply with the San Diego Good Neighbor Policy.
Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.
The Neighborhood:
One of the most desirable areas of San Diego, you are within two blocks of the ocean, and 4-8 to all of downtown La Jolla. Walk to the La Jolla Cove, five-star dining, high-end shopping, and more!
Other Things to Note:
* Included in the cleaning fee is a Damage Waiver/Reservation Fee of $120.00. Details of Damage Waiver will be emailed to you along with a mandatory host rental agreement to sign once the booking is confirmed.
