Great flat and locations, shame the windows cannot be opened.

We like the flat for its view of the beach and sea, the fact it is pool-side so in a quieter environment, close to the lifts and laundry room and that the bed was very confortable. The location in Miami beach is excellent and the heated pool was a real luxury every day. It has pretty much everything you need. Pauli was very available to answer all our questions. However, in the minor inconveniences, the hoover needs replacing and was not usable. The ants infestation needs to be kept under control by the condo association because clearly we were not the only flat impacted. The termites infestation in the kitchen cabinets really needs to be sorted as well as both wooden front doors which are rotting away. The main inconvenience is the fact the windows have been screwed shut and that it is not possible to air the flat. So forget about cooking anything smelly like fish. For our health we also like airing our home daily and this was not possible. This will be the only reason we would not re-rent this flat.

Near to convenience and grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and shopping malls. King size bed, blackout curtains, fully equipped kitchen, and lots of closets. Rent includes high speed internet, digital cable, water, electricity, and central A/C.

The building offers great amenities: state of the art fitness center, infinity heated pool, sundeck, convenience store, laundry room in each floor, lounge area, game room, library, management on site, 24 hrs. front desk, security, and valet parking. The apartment is fully equipped, including beach chairs, cooler bags, beach blanket and umbrella. Beach service with chairs and umbrella is also available at a discount for guests.
