Had a great time in Whitefish
The cabin was a lovely stay for our family. We cooked dinner every night, and enjoyed using their deck. It had everything we needed. Their beds are very comfortable, and we would stay there again.

Great stay on the mountain
We had a lovely stay at the mountain in Whitefish. There were just 2 of us so we didn't even use two of the bedrooms. We were able to BBQ our steak and sit on the deck to eat which was nice. The kitchen was outfitted perfectly for us. I wished there had been a smart TV in the master... but the internet was great so we used our laptop. There is no AC and we happened to be there at a particularly hot time but with the fans and open windows it was just fine. All good and we would consider returning if we were to be in the area.

Glacier Trip
So, I can’t really review this property because a day before we arrived we were told by management group that there was an issue with power that could not be resolved in time for our stay. That being said they did put us in a similar size condo very close to our original location. The new property was very nice and the management team did everything they could to make our stay a memorable and it was greatly appreciated. So, although I can’t say anything about the property I can say the property management team is excellent!

Great spot!
We read the other views and had a few concerns, but were optimistic about Flatcreek Lodge. When we arrived, we found the place to be exactly what we had seen and were delighted with our experience. Yes, the shower in the main bathroom was a little shorter than one would want, but that didn't matter to us as there were more important things to focus on (like hiking GNP!!). Flannel sheets are only on the twin beds and not the others. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Living room is a bit small, but it was just two of us so not an issue. Though if you have a larger party, it's worth thinking about. The porch looks out on to Big Mountain so the view is beautiful! Reports of no A/C were right, but it's Montana people, come on. Most places there don't have an a/c. We were pretty lucky that the weather cooperated and it wasn't too hot. even when it was, we opened the windows and they had plenty of fans. The one downside is that it outside of Whitefish so it takes an extra 15-20 minutes to get to the place once you clear Whitefish, but we were okay with that. Great place overall. The management team isn't the most responsive team and even when I asked for checkin details their response was "we already emailed them to you." Great. That was 4 months ago. Appreciate the focus on good customer experience (insert eye roll here). Other than that, good experience overall. Would likely stay here again.

Needs updating
Wish we saw pictures of bathrooms before booking. Shower really needs updating - both are for someone 5 feet tall and under. Even our kids had to squat showering. Non flannel sheets in summer in a house with no AC would be ideal.

Nice cabin for family of 7
It was clean and each room had a fan, which was needed for the 90+ heat we experienced. The bike park was ok, but the Whitefish trails were awesome.

Nice property but no AC was brutal
Although the listing stated there was no AC it would have been helpful to know how hot it would be. We ended up leaving a day early because we didn’t feel it was safe to stay in the heat any longer. Granted it normally is never as hot as it was last week, it was miserable. The location was very nice, the kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms although small were more than adequate. I can see it would be very cozy if you were there in the winter to ski. The internet was fabulous.

Summer stay
Great location - however a few things; no a/c and poor airflow. The bathroom screen was missing. The dryer takes a very long time to dry. The deck is nice but a bit rundown and it would have been nice to have chairs on the deck outside of the bedrooms to sit outside at night. The TV in one of the upstairs bedrooms was very outdated and the remote only changed the channels. The bunk beds are great but very very uncomfortable.

Flatcreek Property
For the location, the place was good. However, for the price, everything was done on a low-budget. The paper blinds in the bedrooms did not block enough sunlight at all. The paper products were of industrial quality. The wood deck is in need of repair. The screen door was broken and the coffee pot was broken, but we were able to get a loaner coffee pot from the office. Also, there are two bedrooms on the top level, but no bathrooms. The bathrooms are only located on the middle floor, which might be a problem for some people. With a little extra work, the place could be really nice.

Beautiful property, great location
Our party consisted of 4 adults and 3 children. This home accommodated all of us comfortably. The home was clean and welcoming (water bottles and a fresh bag of coffee waiting in the fridge). There are tons of things to do nearby. We were in town to go to Glacier National Park and the ride over to Glacier is easy and beautiful. Our stay took place during a summer heat wave and temperatures were in the mid 90s every day. There is no A/C or ceiling fans, so we were quite warm. However, the Sherpa pool is just quick stroll from the house and we took advantage of it every day - it was a welcome respite from the heat. I am guessing the Sherpa pool would be lovely during the winter too - there are two hot tubs, including one outside. The activities on Big Mountain are just a walk or quick car ride away. There was great hiking, an alpine slide and a lovely gondola ride to the top of the mountain. I would advise parents with young children to look carefully at the prices and at the height of your children before buying tickets to any of the kids' activities on the mountain. We went into Whitefish multiple times - it is only 15 minutes away. The ride to Glacier is also very easy. Overall, the home was lovely, the management company employees were helpful and friendly, and the location can't be beat. The only improvement would be to have lighter bedding for summer guests. I am sure the flannel sheets and heavy comforters are great in the winter, but not so great in July.
