This condo offers a beautiful view of the ski lift and surrounding mountain forests. With a separate bath and jacuzzi tub, this condo features a well-supplied kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and stove-top. Relax near the warm stone fireplace, choose from a variety of in-condo entertainment, and climb into the hot tub, sauna or steam room, just a few feet down the hall. With a heated parking garage, your car will stay nice and dry with plenty of security. Private heated ski lockers, a fitness area and shared gas grills add to the amenities at this gorgeous condo complex called Riverbend Lodge. Quickly access Breckenridge downtown from the free bus route that stops right outside of the complex. This is the perfect place to stay that sleeps 4, includes a queen bed in the bedroom area, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We highly recommend staying here in the winter if you would like ski-in/ski-out access, or in the summer if you are looking for instant access to hiking trails!

Perfect location!

We had a great ski weekend and this was a great location with everything we needed! We loved the proximity to the snowflake lift, the hot tub/steam room, and heated parking. We will be back!

We were just a few steps away from snowflake chair. Clean and comfortable and close to walking to Main Street area for shopping.

Ski trip

This is a great location for ski in and out. The condo got a lot warmer than the heater was set for, and some of the light bulbs were out. But overall it was a great place to stay for just the two of us.

Great location!

We were very pleased with our stay! The heated parking garage was a great plus and the location was just steps away from one of the lifts. The indoor hot tub was not working and the room got very warm at night since there's no AC. Otherwise, definitely would recommend!

Location is wonderful and the condo is convenient to slopes and to downtown

We loved the location and the fact that we could ski in for lunch. This studio condo was reasonably comfortable and roomy , though we could not control the room temperature except by leaving the window open a couple of inches (furnace was off). The kitchen was also very small, with no oven and a refrigerator barely able to hold a few drinks and snacks. I would recommend this for people who don’t plan to do a lot of cooking.

The Condo was extremely hot when we 1st entered and the smoke alarm was beeping.

The management company is impossible to get a hold of. Ended up calling the emergency number for the smoke alarm. Also, did not realize that you would not receive a refund if not cancelled within 60 days! That is INSANE! No amenities were open due to Covid which is understandabe but our rate should have been reduced. The room itself was stocked nicely and was clean. However, there is no AC and was extremely hot in the room during the day.

Great location

If you’re looking for a room with a great location and nothing else, then this is the place for you. The room was clean and fine. However, there is no ac and it was always over 80 degrees in the room. This made it very uncomfortable for relaxing or sleeping. The bed was uncomfortable. There was one roll of toilet paper, so of course we ran out. If the location wasn’t fantastic I would have rated this one lower.

Loved the location and the ability to ski in/out for lunch. So close to a bus stop too, it made getting around so easy there was no need for a car.

Spring break 2020

Great location! Room was more a hotel than a condo...room too hot and can’t control heat, fridge was a mini fridge not even big enough to store any food other than a small leftover. Can’t buy groceries and store perishable items in it. No oven, just a stove with 2 burners. We made due with what we had... Fan in bathroom did not work, humidifier did not work. For the $$ I paid I really expected more.

Nice location

The property was very nice. Inside garage was convenient. The unit is roomy enough for 2 adults and a couple of small children. Housing 4 adults could get kind of crowded. Some minor maintenance needed attention. Ceiling fan didn’t work and the overhead dining light burned out after our first day. Would like to have seen extra towels available under the vanity. There were none There were some minor irritations, but still a nice place to stay. Right on Peak 8.

Exactly as expected!!!

Clean, close to town, great price and well equipped. Good configuration for the size. Bed was very firm, not bad quality just very firm. Nice place!! Would recommend!!!! I didn't have communication with property manager because I didn't need it, only reason for rating that lower.

Nice location to ski out on the snowflake lift. Easier and shorter to ski back in on the 4 O'clock run and ski to the path to the condos. Room temperature warm and did not adjust.

Small but comfortable and convenient

This was this third time we stayed at Riverbend, we like it because we can ski in for lunch and return via the Snowflake lift just outside the condo entrance. This condo is small and has a tiny but fully equipped kitchen, recently renovated bath and heated garage. Good deal for the money.

April 2017 Stay

Check in was great, very helpful staff. In general the studio was just perfect for my wife and our two girls. Beautiful view of the lifts particularly when windows were open, excellent proximity to Snowflake lift. The building itself was very clean. The parking garage was a nice surprise. Great water pressure.. nice toaster oven for breakfast bagels. My only complaints: the bathroom should come with shampoo/conditioner (even basic hotel stock). One of the humidifiers did not work, which are very much needed in the dry wea ther. Overall, we were very impressed and would stay there again.
