This was a lovely, clean and convenient condo. The short walk to the lift was great and the convenience to other spots in Breck was also fabulous. We cooked in the well-stocked kitchen and felt so at home by the cozy fireplace in the evening. The hot tub was steps from the door. Our vacation was relaxing and fun and this condo was at the heart of it.

Cute and cozy! The young lady at the office was warm and welcoming
The condo is in a great location not far from lift, definitely ski on / ski off. Requires traversing a hit of the flats to get to the door but not a big deal. Also very comfortable and updated - perfect for 3-4 people. The hot tubs and saunas in the building are a big plus. Would definitely stay again next time at Breck.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Kind of disappointing.
The condo itself is decent Old but ok. Nice bed. The water in the condo gets VERY hot. Be careful in the shower and kitchen not to burn yourself. Go shopping before you get there. Other than salt and pepper, there is nothing else in the kitchen. We have been welcomed with oil, spices, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and other kitchen items in other VRBO rentals. You also need to make your own ice. The inside hot tub and sauna are being renovated for the 24-25 ski season, which was not disclosed. This left one small outside hot tub for the entire building. Or you could freeze your butt off walking across the street to another property to use their facilities. Also, the property is within walking distance to the ski school area with one super-slow lift that stops about a dozen times to get a quarter of the way up the mountain. Not a true ski-in/ski-out condo either. It's more like ski close, and walk out. It is close to main street, which is nice, and overall, it was a decent stay, but there were some disappointing aspects about our stay. 3 stars at best.
This property is as close to the lift as you can be. Great location. It's a bummer that the hot tubs are closed but it is totally understandable.
The only things I would give feedback on is that the alarm in the bedroom did not work (along with the charging outlets), one of the chairs in the living room was pretty beat up, and the shower didn't drain properly. Overall, none of these would hinder us from booking again.
Overall great experience!
You can't beat the location to the lift and the beds are really comfortable

No shower pressure and broken bed frame
When we checked in there was no water pressure for the shower so we called to get it repaired that night. Nothing was done and when we called the next morning they had no record of the issue from the call the night before. Then we found that the bed frame had fallen apart causing the bed to be collapsed in the center. We ended up taking the bed apart to fix it ourselves. Really disappointed with the experience considering how much we paid.
We loved the property. Be aware that the management company for this property has stringent rules for both changing dates (no refunds and no flexibility with 60 days) and late check out was not an option. The location and furnishings were great. Kitchen could use supply of basic spices/condiments.
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay greatly. Location is unsurpassed ski-on-off, right next to the village and very close to Main Street, supermarket, and restaurants. Place was clean, organized and quiet. Not the newest but that's ok. Nice indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a sauna in building.
Guests should keep in mind that they need to pick up keys at another location that is a car/bus ride away.
The property management was excellent and location was awesome. The hot tub was so nice to use, and the ski in/out is the only way to go. The space was a little tight, though. There's one usable closet in the hall (the one in the master is locked-I assume for housekeeping), which had a humidifier, a booster seat, a big fan, and a few other items, which didn't allow any space for items on the floor. Luckily it was just my husband and I, so we were able to keep our shoes by the entrance drop area. The floor of the shower doesn't have a proper gradual drop towards the drain, so when you get in from the last time you used it, there's often still standing cold water on the floor. This really was a minor thing, though. The space served our needs fine, but I would absolutely not recommend for 4 people. We would stay here again for just the two of us.
This is a cute condo. Perfect location for ski in and ski out.

Nearly Perfect!
Loved this unit! Owner thought of everything! Except one.....maybe a little shovel as we were there when over 4 feet of snow was dumped in a short amt of time. It was pretty tough getting our vehicle out of the parking spot especially after the plow went thro and pushed snow up the back of our vehicle. Extremely convenient to EVERYTHING. Even the sofa bed was comfie! Would definitely recommend this quiet unit!

Comfort & Convenience
Great little condo to stay in at Breckenridge Mountain. You are literally 30 steps from the ski run. Had every amenity we needed a good view and the most convenient ski in/ski out we've ever stayed in. We would come again and again!

Very comfortable stay. The condo had everything we needed (even a crockpot !) and was extremely convenient to the slopes and Main Street. Staff was friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.
