We had a great stay in Breck for a few spring skiing days. The condo was a perfect size for 2 couples and had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect with easy access to Breck downtown and the Quicksilver chair on Peak 9. We would definitely stay again.
I thought the price was fair, so the fact that the property showed its age a bit didn’t matter. This is not a luxury stay but certainly has everything you need. The hot tub area isn’t the greatest but the condo itself was very nicely set up. I would stay here again.
Loved our convenient condo 100 feet from the lift. Great location walkable to town and all restaurants, bars and shopping. Short drive to great supermarket. The condo provided and satisfied basic needs, not updated but was alright. Had some problem figuring out the heat so it was cold and hot. No filter provided for the drip coffee maker, and sheets were not very soft but otherwise a good place to stay. We would stay here’s again.
Met all expectations for a short ski weekend.
Quick and easy check in and check out
Ample appliances for family meals
Comfortable beds and sofa bed.
Excellent short walk to quicksilver lift to begin and end the ski day.
Hint, get there early to avoid the large beginner/learner crowds

Great views and location, some updates and refreshing needed. Super easy checking and out.
Great views and location. Some updates and refreshing needed. Super easy checking and out.
Property was exactly as listed in the description! The check-in/check-out process was easy, even though we arrived after normal business hours. Super short walk to pretty much anywhere in town (15 minutes or less), and just as easy access to the resort as any other ski-in/ski-out, although comparatively much cheaper during the holiday season than a lot of the other nearby locations.
Great view, great location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, easy to get to. Spacious, nice kitchen. Relatively affordable. Could use some updating and deep cleaning.
We arrived late at night and although we had to pick up our keys at the management office, everything was waiting for us in the lockbox. The Unit was as described online. Not having a washer dryer in the unit is a drawback, but the location was excellent. The hot tub in the building could use a sprucing up but the pool area across the street was great. The management company was excellent in responding to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful view
We chose this space for a few main reasons: view from the balcony (which was spectacular), two bedrooms, king in the master bedroom and location (easy walking distance to shopping/restaurants). It checked the boxes on all of those! I had read the reviews about the bathrooms needing to be updated and have to agree. They are totally functional, but it does take a little wind out of your sails initially to feel like you're stepping back in time several decades.
We had a great stay, though, and would go back in a heartbeat.
We did enjoy our stay, but wish the unit was a bit more upgraded and updated. Wallpaper is peeling off of the walls, tiles are loose in the bathroom, couches seem very old and used, and the kitchen pots/pans/utensils could use upgrading.
We also weren't fans of having to find and stop at an office on the other side of Breck to pick up and drop off keys. Shouldn't all units have an electronic keypad to enter the unit these days? It's just disruptive to the whole vacation experience.
The location is good. You can't see the lift from the unit but it's a short walk out the back door to the Quicksilver lift. Restaurants/bars and even a ski lodge are all withing walking distance.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Outdated. Inaccurate listing
You can’t beat the location for ski-in ski-out but the condo is outdated with some inaccuracies in the listing. First, the listing said the couch had been recently replaced. The couch was very old, completely worn out and, frankly, pretty gross. The listing also said it sleeps 6 but, after booking, found out it only sleeps 4. The hot water heater provided hot water for about 20 - 25 minutes so, after a long day on the slope, would would have to wait a long time for the next person to shower. In general, the condo is very outdated and, as my wife said, feels old and “gross”. I understand that location is key but, for the rates they charge, it’s reasonable to expect the owner to put some effort and money into updating and maintaining the condo.
Secure building, great location, close and easy access to the Quicksilver Super Chair, convenient ski locker indoors and outdoor ski storage available while you take a break for lunch. If you are visiting Breck for the skiing, Trails End is the condo for you!
Our stay here was very nice. It was in a perfect location with ideal access to the ski lift and the town.
The only difficulties was not being able to see or talk to anyone. Prior to arriving I had questions and never got a call back. When leaving I wanted to tell the front desk a couple minor discrepancies with the unit that needed taken care of. The office was supposed to be open at 8 and we were there at 8:30. I stood outside for a while and they knew I was there because a guy actually walked out the door and said someone would be with me. After over 5 minutes of standing in the cold, I dropped the keys and my note in the mailbox because I had a flight to catch in Denver. When we needed more toilet paper for the unit they were right on it, and delivered it right away. There is no towel exchange midweek, but they'll bring you extra towels. The kitchen is well stocked with most everything you could possibly want to cook a meal. The humidifiers are a nice touch to battle the dry Colorado air. Overall, it was a great stay. I just blame Covid on the other issues.
Couldn’t be happier with this choice! Excellent location! Literally a 2 minutes walk from the quicksilver lift and 3 minutes walk from the snowboard/ ski school. 5 minutes from shops and main streets. Clean and cozy with lots of space for a family of 4 and luggages. Comfortable bed and all basic kitchen needs available.
The property was great, the apartment was clean and well appointed. I really liked to security of the property. The only thing I wished it had was an air conditioner. It got a little too warm and stuffy in the afternoon. Otherwise, everything was great!.
you can't beat the location of the property and the Unit is exactly as described in the listing. I wish it were more updated, but it had all the amenities we wanted. Could use updating as couch is horrible and definitely can't be used as a bed, frying pans could use replacing, but other than that - unit had everything we needed. We stayed 9 days and ate in every meal and everything we needed was in the Unit. The rental Agency is awesome - never have I deal with such a responsive and easy to use agency.
Nice spot with lots of parking, so when ski season comes around, should be good to go. Lots of outdoor parking for taller vehicles. Unit was nice, but in need of some TLC. Refrigerator had metal bolts holding crack together on one shelf, some doors were in need of some updating, bathrooms could be updated (be prepared to sit on your grandmothers toilet that was 10 inches off the ground --yea, you remember those times). Beds were comfy. TV was stuck on a random channel (not the best of kids). Checkout process was a bit unusual, as you simply stuck your keys in a box and prayed...a box with a hole large enough to stuck your hands in. I would stay here again considering their cleaning fees were reasonable (most properties charge $200+ for cleaning fees) and the location was great that the south end of town.
The unit is a little dated but comfortable. Lighting not the best. Very convenient. Kitchen very well furnished but you will need to buy everything from coffee, to sugar, to salt, etc.
