Many problems
I appear to be the first person who stayed in this condo to write a review. The 9.6 rating is from "similar" properties. Not my experience. The sign up and check-in was messy and unprofessional. The online "host' would not give me the address of the place -- even the day before our arrival. I had to call Great Dwellings headquarters in NY to put me in contact with the manager in San Jose de Cabo. He sent me a pin to a google map that lead to the wrong location! Took a couple hours to find the place. Once there, the Microwave didn't work. Toaster didn't work. The propane gas for the stove ran out. Couldn't cook for a night until a new tank was delivered. PLUS, there are signs on the property that say that guests at this unit, 13, cannot use the pool or other facilities because the condo owner has a huge HOA debt. (Condo HOA has turned off his gas) So we barely used the pool. So we wound up with a lovely condo, with a beautiful view, but with a continual stream of headaches.
