Quaint House

Quaint house, clean, comfortable and ample seating. Nice screen room setting for morning coffee while enjoying the lake. Would recommend and stay there again. The house is part of a fourplex of homes but overall area was quiet.

Nice simple home

We enjoyed our stay. This is a smaller one-story townhouse with an average size of 3 bedrooms. The master room has a queen size bed. There are several twin-size beds in the other 2 rooms. The house is older but modernized in a simple but neat way, and it is well-furnished. The kitchen is small but has all that you need (but the dishwasher collects water which smells bad). The dining area/table is open and sufficient. The living area is smaller with a nice TV and internet access. The bathrooms are very well renovated, but the 2nd bathroom drains are quite slow. The lake view is wonderful. The patio/Lanai area is covered with screens that keep the view unblocked, with a grill burner and a charcoal grill in addition to a laundry room. the area is lovely and is close by car to shopping areas. The security alarm is reliable but annoying every time we open the door or the window. The owners are nice, reachable by phone, and they keep in touch.
