This chic 2 BD / 2 BA apartment offers king and queen bed suites, a wrap around balcony, complimentary parking, a washer/dryer, fitness center, and more. Inside you'll find a workstation, record player, board games, portable BT speakers, and beach gear. Centrally located, this unit is a short work to trendy Grandview Public Market and just a short drive to the vibrant downtown West Palm Beach, upscale Palm Beach, airport, and incredible nearby beaches.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable. The sliding glass doors do not lock by design.

This is a FANTASTIC condo

This condo is as nice as it looks in the pictures--but somehow also nicer. It has a great feel, and is perfectly stocked. The beds were super comfortable. The living room was airy but also cozy, and the kitchen was a delight to cook in. We liked it so much we're going back.

Host was wonderful. Home was beautiful and luxurious. The dishwasher was a little dirty but what can you expect, it’s a dishwasher.. lol. Other than that I would say this place is absolutely perfect. Recommended to anyone! I had my 8 month old with me and she was in love with the lighting and the place in general. Would stay again 1,000 times.

Perfect rental

The place is absolutely spectacular, equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out. Looks exactly like the pics online. Definitely will choose to stay again if we are in the area!

Totally Awesome!

This apartment is totally awesome! The decor is absolutely amazing, it is walking distance from a beautiful shopping center/food hall, and everything was just perfect! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in West Palm.

New, clean + fully loaded condo

Fantastic condo with no stone left unturned. Attention to every detail and fully stocked for a wonderful stay. Clean, bright and comfortable. The hosts are so accessible, friendly and accommodating. Only drawback was no pool and not a walking neighborhood.

Perfect!

Perfect place to stay! Great location, good for families, clean, rooms were spacious, bathrooms filled with all the necessities, and hosts provided so many extras for the beach like chairs, towels, and a cooler. Can’t wait to book here again and try the other properties!!
